The purpose of this document is to serve as an electronic database of
artifacts which demonstrate my growth as a student as well as for proof of meeting
the requirements for CARNA entry-to-practice core competencies. This document
will be a living document with the intention to be updated throughout my
journey to my RN BN. It will include an introduction section as well as
sections for each of the following core competencies: professional
responsibility and accountability, knowledge-based practice, ethical practice,
service to the public, and self-regulation.
